Whitehill Adventures aims to provide transparent and fair cancellation and refund terms to ensure clarity for all travelers.

By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policy:


1. General Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be requested via email or WhatsApp in written form
  • Cancellation charges depend on the specific package, season, and third-party provider policies
  • Some bookings (especially during peak season or special deals) may be non-refundable

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds depend on hotel, transport, and activity provider policies
  • Only unused or partially unused services may be eligible for partial refunds
  • Government taxes, service charges, and booking fees are non-refundable

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the traveler does not show up on the scheduled date, no refund will be provided
  • Missed services due to delays or personal reasons are not eligible for refunds

5. Last-Minute Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 48–72 hours of travel may not be eligible for any refund
  • In some cases, partial refunds may be offered depending on supplier policies

6. Force Majeure Situations

Whitehill Adventures is not responsible for refunds in cases of:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes, political issues, or emergencies

However, we will try to reschedule or provide alternate options wherever possible.


 7. Third-Party Services

  • Hotels, transport, and activity providers have their own cancellation policies
  • Refunds are subject to their approval and timelines
  • We act only as a travel facilitator and cannot override third-party rules

8. Refund Rejection Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Violation of booking terms
  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Partial usage of non-refundable services
  • No-show or delayed arrival
